We got our precious little girl on 1/7/22 from Mugleston Kennels. She is such a sweet and loving addition to our family. Our experience was wonderful from breeders to delivery, big shout out to Jason and JD Carr for making sure she was hand-delivered safely.
Once you have completed this form, one of our representatives at Mugleston Kennels will call or send you an email. Please contact all relevant parties before completing this form. If you are approved to purchase one of our puppies, a deposit will be required for the reservation of your pick. You must download and sign the contract before sending any funds.
